Result Consulting is a company that sends outreach messages on LinkedIn to make new contacts and develop business opportunities. With an average volume of 72,000 messages sent per year, the company was taking an average of 7 minutes to study and send each message. This process was onerous and inefficient.
2. The Challenge
Result Consulting’s main challenge was to optimize the time spent studying and sending outreach messages. The goal was to significantly reduce the time spent on each message while maintaining personalization and quality of content.
3. The Solution





Boosha AI has developed a solution that leverages artificial intelligence to automate the outreach process. The solution consists of three main phases:
- Scraping Contacts:
Using a scraper to analyze contact lists provided by Result Consulting, extracting all available information for each contact. - Analysis and Message Generation:
AI analyzes the information collected about contacts, processes the data, and generates a personalized message with the tone of voice from Result Consulting. - Manual Check and Send:
The messages generated are entered into a Google sheet. A Result Consulting sales manager manually checks and sends the messages.
Note: Currently, copy control and submission are manual to provide more control over the final message and avoid any errors by the AI. This approach allows us to quickly intervene and correct any inaccuracies. However, after one month of use, AI-generated message correctness rates are close to 100 percent. Therefore, we are already working on the next phase of the project, which involves full automation of copy checking and message delivery.
